Brookside Amenities

The Community Center and Lakefront Village Center of Brookside will provide recreation and convenient shopping, and be linked by the seven mile Spring Valley Park & Trail System to a host of amenities, planned to interweave the character of a traditional village with a modern community. Brookside's existing first phase swimming and tennis facilities already provide recreational opportunities for all residents while the forthcoming fun pool, soccer fields, and baseball diamond will add to the active lifestyle offered at Brookside.  All of which are further complimented by the Spring Valley Park and Trail system meant to provide an easy way walk or bike anywhere within the community.

Community Schools

Brookside is served by all new schools including Hunter Richey Elementary School, Greenville Elementary School, Auburn Middle School, and Kettle Run High School. Village Center

The Lakefront Village Center is planned to be the hub for life at Brookside.
