Brookside Amenities
The Community Center and Lakefront Village Center of Brookside will provide recreation and convenient shopping, and be linked by the seven mile Spring Valley Park & Trail System to a host of amenities, planned to interweave the character of a traditional village with a modern community. The lakefront promenade will be an ideal gathering place for the entire community, for strolling, fishing or just gazing at all of the surrounding natural beauty. The lakeside parks and playgrounds will be the source of lasting memories.
Pools, Tennis Courts, Ball fields
Brookside's existing first phase swimming and tennis facilities already provide recreational opportunities for all residents while the forthcoming fun pool, soccer fields, and baseball diamond will add to the active lifestyle offered at Brookside. All of which are further complimented by the Spring Valley Park and Trail system meant to provide an easy way walk or bike anywhere within the community.
Community Schools
Brookside is served by all new schools including Hunter Richey Elementary School, Greenville Elementary School, Auburn Middle School, and Kettle Run High School. These brand-new facilities are state-of-the art and all within close proximity to the homes at Brookside. These public schools and a number of top-rated private schools add to community cohesiveness and enhance residents' quality of life.
Village Center
The Lakefront Village Center is planned to be the hub for life at Brookside. Here you will find the "commons," the central location where social activities, shopping, recreation and employment will intermingle with the Brookside Community Center. Both pedestrian and automobile access will be possible to the entire Lakefront Village Center area, planned to include offices, newsstand, neighborhood restaurant and coffee shop, and lakefront promenade.
The Unique Natural Setting, Lakes and Wildlife

All while still conveniently located close to Washington, DC, the Dulles Corridor and Tyson's Corner.
