Three NEW Model Homes Open at Brookside

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Warrenton, Virginia) – Brookside Communities, LLC, developer of the 1000+ acre planned residential community in Fauquier County on the DC side of Warrenton, announced today that three new model homes will open to the public.  These models represent the latest available new homes at Brookside including the first homes on one of the five lakes that define this pristine community.  A select few cul-de-sac and wooded estates adjacent to the village homes are also available, and all at spectacular values to interested home buyers.

Brookside and Ryan Homes are introducing their new lakefront home designs for the community:  up to four bedrooms and optional first floor suites.  The traditional neighborhood has sidewalks and trails organized with a nod to small towns and villages across Virginia. Brookside is excited to be able to add this new waterfront product and appeal to a wide range of new home buyers.

Ed Moore, Brookside Communities’ President, explained, “Lake Ashby is one of our waterfront gems, and at about 60 acres it is the largest of our lakes. Once known as Hidden Lake, because practically no one ever saw it until now, we can’t wait to open it for fishing, birding, boating, hiking and picnicking.  The five lakes, Ashby, Willow, Anne, Wesley and Brittle are each unique.  The new homes are on Lake Wesley and across from the community's baseball and soccer fields.”

Moore continued, "Lake Brittle is a 77-acre facility built especially for fishing and is a widely known hot spot among the region's anglers.  The lakes offer a peaceful setting, fishing, bird watching, picnicking for the family, and abundant nature for the wildlife enthusiast."

The home builders at Brookside have included NV, Ryan, Toll, Craftmark and Quaker Homes.  NV Homes will market the estate lots from its brand new model and Ryan Homes is opening its two waterfront models right on the Lake Wesley's shoreline.  Ryan’s charming, cottage style homes are available for the first time in Fauquier County.  Ryan’s new models and the waterside home sites bring an extraordinary value and lifestyle opportunity to prospective homeowners.

Moore added, “These new designs are Brookside’s very first small- to mid-sized homes and the first that will be priced in the $300K-$500K range.  That means for the first time in the Brookside’s history you will be able to get into a home here with a conforming rate first trust mortgage.  For years the only homes available were estate homes in the $500K to $1 Million+ range.  Although Brookside’s few remaining estate homes continue to sell well on cul-de-sacs and heavily wooded ˝ and one acre lots, we expect their pace will also increase with new buyers flocking to the smaller single family waterfront homes.”

The three new model homes are opening around the first of the year, so interested buyers should visit Brookside this week to take advantage of preconstruction prices and selection.  Visit Ryan’s estate model home at Brookside for information.

Fifteen homes are already under contract at preconstruction pricing.
