Three NEW Model Homes Open at Brookside
Brookside and Ryan Homes are introducing their new lakefront home designs for the community: up to four bedrooms and optional first floor suites. The traditional neighborhood has sidewalks and trails organized with a nod to small towns and villages across Virginia. Brookside is excited to be able to add this new waterfront product and appeal to a wide range of new home buyers.
The home builders at Brookside have included NV, Ryan, Toll, Craftmark and Quaker Homes. NV Homes will market the estate lots from its brand new model and Ryan Homes is opening its two waterfront models right on the Lake Wesley's shoreline. Ryan’s charming, cottage style homes are available for the first time in Fauquier County. Ryan’s new models and the waterside home sites bring an extraordinary value and lifestyle opportunity to prospective homeowners.
Moore added, “These new designs are Brookside’s very first small- to mid-sized homes and the first that will be priced in the $300K-$500K range. That means for the first time in the Brookside’s history you will be able to get into a home here with a conforming rate first trust mortgage. For years the only homes available were estate homes in the $500K to $1 Million+ range. Although Brookside’s few remaining estate homes continue to sell well on cul-de-sacs and heavily wooded ˝ and one acre lots, we expect their pace will also increase with new buyers flocking to the smaller single family waterfront homes.”
