Riley Road Pool and Rec Center NOW OPEN
Brookside’s Lakefront Village Center and Community Facilities are approved at the location near the confluence of Brookside’s Lakes, Parkway, and Spring Valley Park & Trail System. However, due to delays in the approval of construction plans, submitted November 2002 and necessary to access the approved location, Brookside Communities, LLC began investigating the practicality of a small HOA facility near Riley Road, complete with clubhouse, parking, pool, tennis and tot lots.
Understanding the need for recreational amenities irrespective of the County’s approval process, Brookside Communities, LLC decided to act upon its instincts and has now delivered the fully finished Pool and Recreation Facility for the benefit of the current and future residents of Brookside.
When the Lakefront Village Center and Community Facilities open, Brookside will then boast two pools, additional tennis courts, tot lots, meeting space and ultimately a lakeside beach for residents.
